Have questions?

There's always lots of questions to ask when you're going to trust people with your pets.

We understand this all too well, so we've included some questions that we're frequently asked along with some important info on your pets health and what happens while you're away. If there's anything you'd like to know more on, please contact us!

So what do you do?

We love animals of all shapes and sizes and treat your family members like our own family members. One-on-one attention for all pets, pats, cuddles and a brush included in each domestic pet sitting booking. Check out our services page for more information.

Each visit includes feeding, water change, 15 minute walk, play time and cuddles, as well as a general health check, daily diary entry and photo update via SMS or email for each animal as standard. We also bring in mail and rubbish bins at each visit free of charge.

Do our pets come to you?

No, we come to you and take care of your pets in their own home. We understand that most pets are more comfortable and stress-free in a familiar environment.

Will you move the curtains for us?

We bring in mail and rubbish bins at each visit free of charge. For all bookings with twice daily visits, we close blinds at the evening visit and open them again at the morning visit, free of charge.

Do you supply food for our pet?

Customers are responsible for ensuring a sufficient supply of food and consumables (such as cat litter) for all pets is provided for the duration of each booking. A $20.00 fee plus the cost of items purchased will be charged if we are required to purchase additional food and/or consumables during our visit.

Can you give my pet their medications?

Yes, we can administer pet medication, including diabetes injections.

What are your payment terms?

With all bookings, full payment is required 48 hours prior to the first visit.

What happens if my pet becomes ill while I am away?

In the event that your pets become ill or are injured while you are away, we will contact you immediately to advise you of the situation. In the event that you are uncontactable we will leave you a message and continue to attempt contact. In all cases we will attempt to use your preferred vet nominated. However, in an emergency or after hours situation, the nearest/after hours vet will be consulted.

We reserve the right to transport your pets to a vet for medical attention in the event that we deem veterinary care necessary, under our obligations in the Animal Welfare Act 1992 Section 8, and veterinary costs will be charged to you.

How do I get my keys to you?

We can collect them from you at the initial meeting, or you can drop them off in our mailbox at any time.

How do I know you've been?

At each visit we send you a photo update, via sms or email. We also conduct observations for each pet at each visit and keep a log. This covers their eating, drinking, demeanor, behaviour and a basic health check.
