Below are the important bits about our animal health policies. These aren't here to scare you, they're here so we all know what will happen if your pet falls ill or we find they've had an accident. And the other bit is how we treat your privacy. Very seriously is the short answer.

When you purchase something from our business, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our new products and other updates.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card or make a booking we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is stored securely and kept only for the duration of your booking. Following completion of your booking your credit card information is securely destroyed. All debit card and credit card transactions carried out by us using our mobile payment system are covered by PayPal Australia’s systems, which are PCI-DSS regulation compliant, and no information from your card is stored in our system.
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

In the event that your pet/s become/s ill or is injured while you are away, we will contact you immediately to advise you of the situation. In the event that you are uncontactable we will leave you a message and continue to attempt contact. In all cases we will attempt to use your preferred vet nominated above, however, in emergency or after hours situations, the nearest/after hours vet will be consulted. Veterinary treatment and/or medication charges will be charged to the credit card provided on the authority form, with a maximum amount nominated and authorised by you at booking.
We reserve the right to transport your pet/s to a vet for medical attention in the event that we deem veterinary care necessary, under our obligations in the Animal Welfare Act 1992 Section 8, and veterinary costs will be charged as per the credit card authority form.
